Is there any obligation once I ask for a quote?

Do I have to send photos?
No, they're optional. Clear photos of the car and any damage help us give you a more accurate quote.
Can you collect the car?
Yes. One of our local collection partners collects it, and collection is free from most of South East Queensland. Tell us where the car is when you request a quote and we'll confirm collection for your location.
How do I get paid?
When the car is collected, our local collection partner pays you the amount in your quote, in cash. Some cars have little or no value. If so, we'll tell you when we quote, and we can arrange free removal instead of a payment.
My car is worth nothing. Can you still take it?
Often, yes. Many old or badly damaged cars have no resale value. We can arrange free removal from most of South East Queensland, and we confirm it for your location when we quote.
